I opened my agency in 2019 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed in this environment. Today, our office includes six team members, and we’ve built a culture that balances high performance with a strong sense of teamwork and fun.
I’m a mom to two young children, ages four and three, and family is a big part of how I lead the agency. We believe in working hard, supporting one another, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work each day. I’m also active in the community as a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and a life member of the Junior Auxiliary Biloxi Ocean Springs Chapter.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashleigh Fallo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
